    smoker question

    i am getting material together to build a trailer smoker. i have been reading about the reverse flow smokers. i have no experience with them. how do they cook. do you have the same heat range as with a traditional type smoker.

      My friend build one and I really don't like it. To me the plate gets hot and drips Greese on it and it stinks. He also has to use water pans to keep food moist. He says it cooks even but to me it doesn't. Maybe he built it wrong.
