    This Looks Painful! Doe With "Enhancements" :)

    Ok y'all. This looks painful. Richard and I have watched this deer for a couple of years.

    Obviously, she's prego in the first pic and has always had the droopy boob.

    Apparently, she's hatched Bambi and her milk has come in. Eeeeek!!!

    She seems no worse for the wear.

    Anyone ever seen this before??

              New to me. I would bet there's some sort of chemical/hormonal imbalance causing that... it's not just "high production".

                I wonder if the fawn didn't survive and she became engorged. That's what happens to women.. Takes a few weeks to go away after they start breastfeeding & decide to stop for some reason.

                          Mastitis is my guess also. If she had twin fawns I doubt they make it only having 2 good teets to nurse. Jeff yall should catch her and open up the milk ducts.
