Little bit of Lafayette in Flower Mound

My birthday was yesterday and one of my presents my lovely wife got for me was a little something from Prejean's.

We lived in Lafayette for 2 years back in the mid 90s. I was in sales and Prejean's was a minimum once a week customer lunch for me. By the way, I gained 30lbs in those 2 years.

Anyway crawfish bisque was my single all time favorite dish. Guess what's for dinner tonight!!!

Hey Cajun Blake! I still want to get down there and eat with you in person.

          Oh my....was that good!

The frozen version didn't have the crab meat stuffed crawfish shells but excellent anyway! That's my first taste of Prejean's since 1996.

            Keegan and Alan,
Blake should have been with us last Sept.

Yeah......I don't think he would've tried to kill us all with bacon grease!!! I'll still take Adam as cook any day!

Blake would be a good compliment though.....

                I love me some Prejeans!

Fried boudin balls and stuffed soft shell crab.
