Need some help from the green screen.
Is this a fungus? And if so how do I rid it.
    Thanks

Looks like webworms. Hard to tell from pic, but can be treated with dish soap and water in a sprayer.

Bark Lice, not harmful at all. They're eating on decayed material. They'll look like very tine ants moving around in and around the bark, within the web. They'll be gone by the first cool snap......so about 5 months from now

....I'm getting a ton of phone calls from customers on these this year and i'm certain it's because of the drought. Tent Caterpillars would have a less dense webbing and you'd be able to see the larvae developing.
