    I love me some Buckhorn.

Had a good day on the course in Comfort, started with 3 straight pars, hitting the new driver my Wife got me for Father's day... crushing it pretty good(and relatively straight )

Just came off of a par 3 bogie, to a kinda scary par 4...the other 3 in the group decided to lay up 6 iron.

    Me... I'm kinda hard headed

Stepped up with the new driver, and absolutely pounded one! Hit my usual gentle fade out over the water and knew it was $$ as soon as it left the club face. One of those where you bend over and grab your tee while it's still in flight. We finished watching it land smack in the middle of the green and roll softly to about 25' from the hole.

    HI 5's!!!

Just missed the eagle putt and took a tap in birdie.

Was feeling a little frogy on the next hole and the gentle fade turned to a brutal slice... finished that par 5 with a double bogie.

The golf gods.... they are humbling.

I'm hauling hay and your golfing.. Know that hole and course well. Very nice. Every day is a different day (wind) as to lay up or go for it. Keep up the birds

We'd have paid good money for a breeze today... whew, steamy.
