What would you do if you knew your child was a part of this

I know kids can be mean and brutally honest but does it have to be taken to the point that these kids took it with no thought about how this lady may feel. Are we really to the point in this country to where this represents what we really are at heart. This is sad to see these young kids treating her like that. If I drove that bus it would come to a stop and this would be dealt with right then and there. There is no way I would allow this to happen in my presence.
    What say you.
It's probably one of the more shocking and disturbing videos you'll see all year - a bus monitor who is bullied to tears by the very children she is supposed to be chaperoning. It's a sad statement on our culture when children are filled with such bile and hatred that they could do that to another ...

In the old days kids would have more respect for elderly people or people in general because a beat down would have occurred from the kids parents from the beginning. In today's time, since you can not hand out azz whoopings to your own kids, some of them have no respect for anything.

Been on the radio and TV for 2-3 days now! Kids need a arse whipping as middle schoolers but there parents probably are no more mature than them. It was good to hear that nearly $100,000 has been raised for this ladies retirement as she has never made more than $15,000 in her lifetime. She has been a widower forever and her son committed suicide and the the idiotic kids probed those areas when teasing her. It was kool that SouthWest airline is taking her and family to Disneyland on them. Oh, full disclosure the kids did apologize but hopefully a lesson was learned.

I can't watch it...We took God out of everything so it figures. To tell you the truth I'm not sure what I would do. It would be bad and I would also feel ashamed to be a father of any kid that would do this.

The way that the kids act is a reflection of how the parents act. My kids know better than disrespecting someone like that. If they were my kids they would not be able to sit down for a week.

Landrover the news I just saw said they had raised almost half a million for her. No kids here but I know what would have happened to me by my parents had I been a part of it. I think butt whippings are a thing of the past from most parents.

OK. I know the story and what has transpired since it broke to the public.
The title read: What would you do if you found out your child was a part of this?
Trying to get to the heart of the matter of how parnets handle and discipline their child for being involved in a matter like this. Give me your plan of action.

And you would be fired, then the media would twist the story. It would then be about a bad bus driver who yells, beats or whatever to little innocent kids.

But I would applaud you. I would say to bring the paddle back but there are way too many whack job teachers out there now.

I told my kids if they were even sitting close to those trouble makers they would get whipped..BAD. My kids know to either stand up for whats right or run away so they are not associated with kids like that. At least I hope they know.

A trip back behind the wood shed would be first on the agenda.

I cant even fathom the beat down my kid would have received followed by several months of working with elderly and "challenged" to learn how difficult their lives are and the challenges they face daily. Anytime I heard a negative comment from him about the experience I'd bust a few more knots on his head.

Thank goodness I know my son was raised to be more considerate, compassionate and human than those little pieces of dog excrement!

God has zero to do with this! It is a example of a *** beating that needs to happen and is as simple as that! If this was my boy or daughter there would be hell to pay! Thats the problem these are the same parents griping because there kids did not graduate because of some BS they did before graduation!
