Dove hunt where you deer hunt?

We're on 325 acres, if it's bow season we don't dove hunt the back pasture next to the brushy mesquite flats that are in the middle and back of the property. We've shot deer and hogs shortly after putting up the shotguns and cleaning all the birds.

I think it just depends on whether the animals are used to hearing shooting. My son shoots about a brick of .22 shells every trip, and the owner has a 20+ member family get-together opening weekend of dove season, we've shot hogs within an hour of it getting dark after all that activity on the place(motion lights at a couple of the feeders). I don't think the hogs or deer even twitch when they hear shooting, it happens so regularly they are used to it.
