I saw a lot of them in India with 5 people aboard. Not a helmet in sight. The traffic flow was chaos with a lot of horn blowing and light flashing but somehow they seemed to get where they were going most of the time without incident. I agree, folks do the best they can with what they have. It just scared me to no end for the little ones hanging on for dear life!!

This was not to ridicule mexico just to point out how good we have it in the states, these people love their kids just like us, this is how they survive on a dollar a day.this is why they come to america illegally because it's all they can , I'm notsaying it's right just before you pass judgment on people look at the while picture.
