Cant seem to stop thinking about Concho Man...

I have a lot of time to think about everything in life we'll im working and the last couple days Concho Man is on my mind a lot.

I must say i never meet the guy and sad to say a lot of us green screeners never will meet each other either.

I see this very young man gone so early in life and it just makes me wonder many things like why him and why now.

As most of us on here have a lot in common from hobbies to characteristics its different for me to see him go cause Concho was my age.

Seeing the tribute videos just lets you know that he seem to have lived life to the fullest and thats comforting for me cause thats what i do everyday.

Work, family, fish, hunt , eat, sleep and repeat.

Sorry guys, i just had to speak my mind about this whole thing.

    RIP...Brad "Concho Man" Ellis

It's good to talk about it, no doubt. CM is watching over all of us now...

I'm in the same boat. 32 and enjoyed many of the same activities and lifestyle. It has really hit home for me and my mind turns to him and his family often.

I am in the same way, I have never met CM, but liked a lot of the same things in life. I have told many people of him and how the GS has been here for all of us and how great the GS family is. I have reflected a lot the pass few days and wonder about my imprint on life and hope to leave a great mark as Concho Man did.

Goes to show you how fragile life can be. Everytime we make a fatality or see young people die, I often tell my wife we need to live life to the fullest because it can be taken away in the blink of an eye.

I've been the same way today and yesterday. Having my tractor time and I can't seem to stop thinking about him. I've never met him or anyone that knows him but he has been in my thoughts. I am continually praying for his friends and family. I hope to meet him one day.

I agree...CM comes to mind may times throughout the day. As others have stated, I never had the opportunity to meet him in person;however, I still touched my life.

It does kind of puts things in perspective...God and Loved Ones then the rest is just a blessing...no matter what my daily struggles may be.

Right there with ya, I didnt have the pleasure of meeting him but I'll tell you today is the first time the Green Screen hasn't looked a little blurry to me reading a thread about the beloved Concho Man.

I know everybody has said it but I feel like I actually knew the man through his and his friends posts. Rest in Peace Bowhunting Brother

Edit: Nevermind, just watched the tribute video...
