I can't wait to get mine going on a hunt. I want to get a reverse angle shot that shows the arra coming out of the animal. plus with the skeletonized case, you can rig up a wireless microphone to record better sound... I want to get that arra smackin' the animal up close and personal... Yea, my mind is doing all kinds of conjuring up of things to do with it too... Plus the phone app will allow you to control up to 60 cameras!

How do you know your field of view with these when you set them up? I really thinking about getting one.

I figure someone has bound to have filmed a pig hunt or something with the Go Pro remotely.
I took it out but the pigs didn't show up.. Going to be three weeks before I make it back out.. It would have been great if only they had showed!

I did play with the remote at CCR while I was shooting..

How'd you pan back at :31 seconds.
Does the remote allow you to zoom and fade (or was that editing trickery)?!

            Pretty cool.

Did it in post with a zoom at the start of the frame then backed out to full frame.. You know how to do that better than I do Dream Season

My hero2 does about 75 minutes on a full charge before it flatlines.

BTW, Gopro is notorious about promising stuff and then taking forever to get it to market so I wouldn't be holding my breath on the live streaming to the iphone. It took them forever to come out with a flat lens dive case that really worked.

I was being optimistically hopeful of all the cool things the GoPro might do.

All cool things happen in post anyway..

Like that goofball Hunter's Specialties show I watched yesterday where every time they would zoom out of the stand to deer it would look like the whole place had smoke rising from nowhere.. It was the most ghetto edit I had ever seen and they did it last week too.. What is that??? When do you look out and see smoke floating up out of now where? are they hunting in hades?
