I took a pup to the vet today for shots, She got parvo, distemper shot and heartworm pill. Secound set of shots. 12 weeks old she has been very larthargic since getting home. Is that normal?

Yes. It is not uncommon for dogs to run a low grade fever and exhibit signs of lethargy after getting vaccines. More than likely it is her body mounting the proper immune response to the vaccines. If the lethargy persists for longer than 24-48 hours then I would recommend having her rechecked. -
