I am 100% percent certain it's 3 business days. Some ffls say the wait is longer. I just had my FFL inspection last Tuesday and know it for sure!

Isn't it 3 business days for the FFL? If a FFL lists Sat and Sun only, the three days could be 12 calendar days.

Thanks, Outlaw. My brain is running a little slow this morning. I remember the IOI and I discussing some differences in the definition of "business day". There was one for NICS and another for other stuff.
