Need Help Found Lease

I found a lease and I was wanting to know if there are any deer in Haskell County and what is a 340 acre lease worth, I really like the area and I know that the Albany area is really good. Please let me know I really am wanting to get this one but dont want it to get away?????

I lived there 30 years. What part of the county is it in and I can give you the scoop. (if you don't want to post the info email me don@gigem.net) Give me the landowners name and I can probably give you info about what kind of people you'll be dealing with.

I've been there, many times. Did a lot of work out there in the 80's and 90's. I remember a LOT of flat country with very few trees and virtually no deer, except along the river on the west side and in the southeastern part of the county. I think the deer herd has made a major comeback in that area over the past 20 years. If you're in one of those two areas you might do real well. Where is it?
