Video help!
I'm messin around trying to burn some videos and it ain't workin. I'm using Pinnacle 11 and it keeps rejecting my blank disc's. I checked my devices and my PC says the drive is working properly and I'm using DVD+R discs that I know are blank. Pinnacle keeps popping the disc out and telling me to insert a blank disc. I've tried 6 different disc's. What could be the problem? HELP!!!!!!

Hey Randy, I had the same problem with Studio 11, but it has been so long since I used it, & I don’t recall the fix for the problem. I will hunt around and see if I can find out how I solved this particular issue.
In the meantime try this:
Shut your computer down and unplug the computer from the wall and wait a minute or so, then plug it back in and restart. This is a fix for when your computer is not recognizing a device you plugged into your pc via USB, (like a camcorder for capture in studio).
This might possibly work for the disc error you are getting.

OK, I think I found the problem. Pinnacle is trying to read drive E and my burner is drive D. How do I change it in Pinnacle to drive D?Last edited by Goldeneagle; 06-03-2012, 11:26 AM.Comment
