Asp sting relief?

Got popped on my arm and the pain is shooting up my shoulder! Need relief now! Any suggestions?

ouch.....are asp pretty common all throughout Texas. Where do you find them most. Do they drop down on you? I remember years ago my aunt got stung by one. They don't have Asp in Alaska or the northwest. also no posion ivy or chiggers.....wonder why must be a southern thing.

Got a buddy that swears by either vinegar or ammonia. If one doesn't work, try the other. No experience, so can't testify to eithers' effictiveness.
