Got the Utah draw results today and my Dad and I both drew quality bow mule deer tags together. So I was stoked to say the least.
Well........... then I go to the Nevada website afterwards to look up some unit info on the draws I put in for to update my hunting portfolio and see that next to my name there is "successfu"l written next to my name for mule deer. I took a double take cause this is the tag I have wanted for years and figured it would take another 6-8 years to get drawn. I had already checked before and it said unsuccesful so I call the fish and game in Nevada. They explained that some one else had drawn the tag but could not afford the tag fee. So basically I was runner up and got the tag!!!!
Sooooo it looks like I am Nevada bound solo in August then Utah bound in September with Dad!!!! Wooo hooo!!!
