            I don't think it a fan.....if its spinning from its axis then the "blades" are actually positioned in an areodynamic position and arn't going to push any air at all just cutting right through it.

              It does have holes in the base. It actually blows alot of air 360 degrees. I just can't find anything on the internet that looks like it to put a value on it. It is possibly for sale.

                I found a base that matches. It is from a old GE fan. But that's about it.

                          My granny use to have a old GE fan that set in her bedroom that had a base that liked a lot like that ones.
                          Ive looked and looked. Ive googled and asked the oldest guy I work with and no ideas. But dont give up cause now im really interested.
