Our property owners association meeting is coming up this Saturday and I am looking for some clarification about the use of a proxy. Some of our association is divided on the appropriate use of the proxy. Some believe the proxy can be used to make a quorum, others believe that a proxy is only good for one vote on any issues.
I have researches the associations bylaws and covenants and it is not specifically laid out what the proxy can or cannot be used for.
Anyone have any experience with this?
