    Mathews Helium Questions

How many people are shooting the new Helium ? I shot every bow in the shop last night including the Bowtechs and kept going back to the Helium. After slinging arrows for 2 hours and having him set the draw length to fit me on several diiferent models i went ahead and bought the Helium. Fits me like a glove and isnt killing my shoulder like my monster does.

    Any feedback ?

It was in my top 3, excellent bow. Smooth draw, very little vibration for such a light bow, quiet, you made a good choice.

My tactical- 29 DL at 70 Lbs and I love it. I got a buddy who shoots a dream season Evo and he was trying to sell it to fund the purchase of a Heli-m

I bought one when they hit the showroom floor. I've killed a half dozen animals with it and I absolutely love it.

things that stand out to me

low weight has allowed me to hold on target for longer before I start shaking. Big difference on a couple of hunts when i had to freeze

draw cycle is super smooth into the hard wall. My biggest complaint with mathews has always been the spongy back walls . . . no more. I literally saw a 1/4 - 1/2" moa difference at all my yardages because of the repeatability

Love the bow . . . sorry can't help but post this pic

That is a great looking bow and I've heard nothing but praise from people that have shot them. I haven't had the pleasure myself yet.

Well im glad to hear good things, ive read all i could find and even tried to call Mathews, wasnt much help by the way, and was really unsure of it until i shot it.
I usually spend weeks debating with myself before buying something like a new bow but didnt this time.

                          Txdukklr that is a beast.

I found mine to be a fraction short on draw length. Just like my old LX, I took off the rubber draw stop and used moleskin in it's place. This gave me a little draw length and made it fit better. Can't wait to get it in the mountains.
Recovering from shoulder surgery and won't be able to shoot it for at least 6 more weeks.
The bow is just fun to shoot.

I shot a Switchback for years. I shot the Bowtech Destroyer and bought one. I then shot the Heli M and sold the Bowtech.

I will never sell the Switchback or the Heli M. They both have a smooth draw cycle and quiet. The Heli M is faster and quieter.

I am just another brain washed Mathews guy!
