PayPal help!!!

I'm trying to purchase something from a guy off of here. I had to setup a PayPal account. No big deal. I set one up and I have tried everything in the world to pay this guy and it's not working. I have hooked my credit card, my debit card and my bank account. And it's not working. It says I have to wait 2-3 days for my bank account. So how do I use my cards that are there. I feel bad it's taking so long to get him his money. Any help will be appreciated.

He can send a link from his account that you use a debit card directly into his account. You do not need an account for this.

What do you have as default the bank account or CC?

I don't think you can pay a private person with CC, debit card may be different, but I have only had luck with instant transfer from bank account

Have him send you a Paypal "INVOICE" and just follow along. It pretty much does it for you.
