around okc the hunting land is pretty crowded but if you go out to nw ok its really good hunting. try canton and fort supply for public land also black kettle is good! hope this helps!

I hunted NW OK last year(hated to give it up) and the deer are awesome. Texas hill country numbers with Kansas body size. I saw 10-15 deer every sit.

Stay out of SW OK there are no deer there.

Side note, You do realize how close you are to Kansas don't you? . Their is a ton of public land in se Kansas and leases are pretty cheap.
