    Vine I'd

Can any one shed some light on what type of vine this is? We have it all over the garage and the neighbor swears it is poison oak.

Does not appear to me to be Poison Oak of Ivy. But I am not sure, but if you don't want it there, glove up and cut it at the ground. I would not burn it until you know exactly what it is. Once you cut it at the ground, drag it off and spray Roundup heavily on the sections you cut. That should take care of it..

          That's exactly what it is.

Most folks aren't allergic to it, but I am... horribly. Its' worse on me than PI or Oak.

Tell your neighbor that the bad vines have 3 leaves on a stem then let him count yours.

Virginia Creeper does not bother some folks but if you are one of those who is highly allergic to poison oak/ivy you will likely have a reaction to it too.

Have often wondered about this. Since I am allergic to poison ivy and oak(not extremely) I avoid it as well just in case.
Seems to grow in the same places as poison ivy & oak.

Round up does not kill woody stemmed plants very well. Remedy or Garlon works much better. However do not get any on your trees.

If you do have trees around definitely be careful with the Garlon or Remedy. Try mixing Roundup or another Product containing the active ingredient glyphosate a 2% solution with Deisel and include a surfactant at 15%.

Eraser Pro comes pre mixed with glyphosate at 2% sol. with 15% sufactant already (just cuts down on a few steps) then mix with Deisel.
