I have several form 4's and form 1's signed by the CLEO. How would I go about moving these to a trust once I set one up?

I'm not sure if you can transfer them tax free on a form 5 but I suspect that you will have to pay to transfer them all to the trust.
Did you have a lawyer do your trust? -

I'm just guessing.
but if the NFA has to approve the transfer and re-issue a stamp for your item under the trust, I'd expect to wait a while to get it back...like 7 months
maybe with the 5 extra examiners and 10 contract workers helping out...it'll speed up the process and trim off...what...a month
