                          A very selfish at-bat. He didn't even think about taking a walk to put more runners on, or even waiting on a pitch to drive for a sac fly and a run. He just got up there and swung away.

                            It's almost as if they have bought into their hype and quit playing because they should win just by showing up. I know that's extreme and baseball is a cruel game, it's a long season or whatever cliche' we want to throw in there, but the whole team has fallen into a funk.

                            The bats are so inconsistent it is pitiful....even in their wins. I know... I know....we are spoiled the last two years and the first part of this season but it has become frustrating to watch.

                            Last season we had a down May but we also were missing Josh. I hope we have a repeat of June through September....
