Send him the one you ran over, a note that says "i know you are a scammer," and a bill for sixty bucks.
Good Idea. I was thinking that if he did place a order I could just send him the one I ran over and tell him that I just wanted to test it first to make sure it could handle the way he treats his gear.
I was at one of my customers sights today and his light got delivered while I was there. Had told him about mine last week and he went home and ordered one. Great product. You did all that you could to make things right. Most would have said no way with that kind od abuse.
Sorry, I don't have any orders from John Doe. You should have used Mike Smith, I have a few of those.
My name is Shane Laedwig.....I ran one over mine with my tractor and fell out of the blind on it also after too many swigs.... I'll PM you my address for replacement....
A quick update: When I sent the person the last email telling him that I would need the name on the order to go any further, I also asked what damage was done when he ran it over that he would throw it away. Here is the exact response and notice no name again.
it was in a hundred million pieces so i threw it away
Now I know he is full of it.
Sounds like a young teenager..."hundred million pieces"

sadly in today's world, I wouldn't be surprised if the emailer gets frustrated b/c he struck out and bashes your name , business , and product
i would definitely take a video rolling over the product with a truck or 4-wheeler and post up on your sight
that way you have proof how indestructible your product is
Yep, with the way the internet is these days it's just too easy for someone to bash a product. Hopefully if he does, I will see it or some of my customers will and can post a response. Good Idea about posting a video of it being run over.
