    Whats your work out routine?

    Looking for a few new excersizes to add to my routine.

    Right now I'm currently doing:
    4x10 Squat and Calf Raises
    4x10 Dumbell Curls with 2 35lbs. weights
    4x10 Tricep Dips
    4x12 Tricep Push Downs (With the top cable bar thing)
    4x10 Bench
    4x15 Situps with 16lb. Medicine ball doing the side oblique thing every rep
    4x1 Complete 6ft. rope and 5lb. weight forarm wrap up.

    Then I got on a 1.5 Mile run, and about a 0.5 mile walk.

    Whats yall's routine that works for you?

                Don't do that all the time, you have to change your workout routines fairly regular because your body's muscle memory and you won't be gaining anything.

                Are you goin for muscle gain and bulk or cuttin down on weight and just goin for a leaner cut look?

                    I do it about 4-5 times a week, I want to build up muscle and get bigger now, then work on tone later

                        Tractor tire. Flip it till ya cant. Catch ur breath. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

                        Cardio and strenght all in one.

                              I am currently following a work out used to get ready for the NFL combine.
                              It's pretty detailed. I can email it to anyone that wants it.
                              I did it in college with a buddy of mine that now plays for the Texans.
                              I like it because it tells me what to do!
                              I'll do it for 5 weeks 5 days a week and then switch to a cross training work out.

                              Can I post it as an attachment here?
