Looking for a few new excersizes to add to my routine.
Right now I'm currently doing:
4x10 Squat and Calf Raises
4x10 Dumbell Curls with 2 35lbs. weights
4x10 Tricep Dips
4x12 Tricep Push Downs (With the top cable bar thing)
4x10 Bench
4x15 Situps with 16lb. Medicine ball doing the side oblique thing every rep
4x1 Complete 6ft. rope and 5lb. weight forarm wrap up.
Then I got on a 1.5 Mile run, and about a 0.5 mile walk.
Whats yall's routine that works for you?
