How much and where? I saw those on the Food network one time. They make them back home but they want an arm and a leg for them and they dont look well made.

Yes...It's my first cook ...Hopefully it comes out the way it should...Real tender...will post Picts in about 3 more hours

How do you flip the pig?

Open the box put some gloves on and flip it.Its in between a rack do its pretty easy.Picts to come
