Been back in the stand for about an hour and thirty minutes. We had a few showers come through earlier today and the temps dropped about 20 degrees from yesterday's. I'd guess it's in the 60's. It's quite and calm in the Forrest, very peaceful. Hopefully the show will get started soon.

It's raining now, guess I shouldn't have made that previous comment. I'm in the same stand, about a twenty minute atv ride from the cabins. The other guys are split up in two groups. One group is forty minutes south of forrestville. The other is thirty five minutes north of forrestville. All but one person saw bears yesterday evening. It's always tough to shoot the first day. I sure hope the others are having good luck.
