With July 4th on a Wednesday.....

.....what weekend is of celebration for the 4th?...before or after? I am trying to plan a lease work weekend/BBQ and didn't want to cut into anybody's plans with their families, fishing, waterfun or fireworks.

We usually try to get the cameras back out the first part of July and top off feeders so I'd like to keep it in that time frame but still avoid the July 4th traffic and holiday interruption although many of us would probably like to spend our July 4th at the lease.

The sun will likely set in the West that day. Any issues with that??

I'd say get with your lease members and see which weekend the majority will be celebrating the 4th......pick the other.

Hope you're not planning on moving a mobile home that weekend.....traffic might be killer.

Celebrate before...its not as much fun to celebrate after. Well, unless you want to buy all the discounted 4th of July stuff and then wait until after.

July 6-8 is July 4th weekend.

June 30- July 2 is the weekend before. (1/3 of it isn't even in July therefor it is out of the running)

I know. My daughters birthday is July 3rd. I hate when this holiday is in the middle of the week. Good luck sorting it all out.

                            Most folks will celebrate before.

Call city hall and see when the fireworks show will be. If your city doesnt do one, call a few neighboring towns. That should give you the answer.
