Memory full error on Moultrie camera?

I am getting a memory full message displayed on the moultrie gamewatcher I have. It worked fine for over a year and then all the sudden this. It will give this message after only taking between 20-40 pics. I tried a 128 MB sd card and a 1 GB card. It gives this error with both cards. I reformatted the 128 mb card and tried it again. Same message. Ran the self diagnostics and everything passed. I know it is seeing the sd card because when I first turn it on it estimates it will take over 1,000 pictures. It is out of warranty. Any ideas. Thanks.

Think I would call up Moultrie and talk to their people and see what they have to say. The only time that mine has said this is when the sd card is completely full.

DO NOT GET ME WRONG,Iknow very little with these.I just bought one today and it talked about haveing an INTERNAL memory card that is only 16 MB.Have you checked to make sure your on the card setting?I have had this same puzzler happen with a digital camera and its no fun,but a easy fix!good luck

As far as I know there is no way to switch which memory card it is using. I think it automatically detects the sd card and the uses it when it is installed. It acts like it is using the internal but it should take more than 20 pics even if it was. I will call Moultrie today. Thanks.
