I keep ammo for my bug out guns in an ammo can by my safe..grab and go.
I also keep my important paperwork in a fire proof protable box..again grab and go.

My Bail out guns are my 45 XD, my 357 Smith snubby and my little 357 mag lever action carbine. I probably have 400 rounds of 357 and 200 rounds of 45 in that box.

My son is type 1 diabeteic so I try to make sure he has at least a months worth of supplies and insulin in the fridge.

We have done a little. My daughter's friend came over and saw me working on my arrows and she said "I know where I am coming when the zombies come around.

its not that expensive to spend an extra $1 on a gallon of water when you go shopping or and extra $5 on misc. canned or dried food. do this everytime you go to town and you'll be suprised how quickly it fills the pantry.

im not over the top, but im prepared to take care of my family if i have to. to those who think bad times arent ahead, it goes back to the answer given in the atheist thread from yesterday...can you afford to be wrong?

Got enough guns and ammo to protect my home and hunt, plenty of fish in the 3 tanks on our place, generator to keep the freezer going, and propane for the stove.
We always have a couple cases of bottled water at the house, if we need more we can boil water out of the 3 tanks.

We stock more canned goods during hurricane season.

Only other thing we need is a small window unit, and that's on the list.

pshh, the way Barry is making food stamps available, all the zombies will be voting for him in November .

It's more about economic collapse and natural disasters. Drunken sailors are aghast at govt's all over the world's ability to spend and someday, somehow, its all going to come crashing down on someone.

One thing is for sure, any other country better think twice about invading the US cause its not the military they should be worried about! Thats just bad ***.

I have a couple of differently sized emergency preparedness kits for the wife & I dependent upon scenario but not for the whole zombie or societal collapse thing...mainly for just in case a monster hurricane or some other natural disaster struck. Don't know if that makes me a "prepper" though

You better hope that whoever owns the land that you "commandeer" isn't a prepper too or your stand might be very short lived.
