Youth Weekend Question

A fridend of mine called today and invited my son and I along with he and his son for a weekend hunt at there lease on the youth hunt weekend. My son has hunted with me many times in the stand, but never before on youth week end. He has also never bagged a deer before. So naturally I have a question.

Can he tag a deer using one of my tags?

He is only 8 yrs old and has no license.

Do I need to get him a license before the weekend, or can he tag a deer off of my license?
