Moving back to TX!!!!! Need job help around Corpus

Well after moving to Albuquerque two years ago we have decided that my wife will be changing specialties and completing her emergency medicine residency in Corpus Christi. This works out great for us as we hated being 15 hours from family and just out of Texas in general.

Now comes the part where i need help. I have worked in both Transmission/distribution design work (4 years) and MEP design work (2 years). I have an Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M-Kingsville. If anyone knows of anything in the area I would greatly appreciate it. We have to be there by the beginning of July for my wife to start. Thanks for any help anyone might be able to offer.

Check with some of the drilling companies out of Alice. Nabors and H&P both have offices there and should be looking for electrical techs

Good luck. Corpus has never been a great market place for a job, but like above, Alice and Refugio are booming with oil and gas. Also you have Velero,Flint Hills, Citgo, and other refineries that are always hiring. Enjoy the fishing. I miss being 15 minutes to the salt air and water!

Try Celanese in Bishop they where hiring awhile back..
