    Spray in bed liner?

What are the good bed liners?
    I want one with a "sticky/tacky" finish.
Anyone know of a good installer in Corpus area?

    Thanks

Line-x. If you want 'tacky' get a bed matt. Tacky bed liners tear (cough rhino liner)

        Good to know.
I haven't had one before, just seen them on other trucks.
Liked the feel of tacky ones, but if they don't hold up, then I don't want it.

That's what mine looks like after 4 years.

My Rhino in a 02 F250 looks as good as the day it was installed. No tears. No cuts. I like it because things don't tend to slide around in the bed. My understanding is if they tear the dealer will repair it at no cost.

I bought a truck with a gatorhyde liner in it. I suppose you could call it a softer/tackier lining. The rhino liners I've seen were much harder, but I have no idea if one keeps anything from sliding any more than the other.

There are issues if the person spraying it on does not sand it good enough.
When I had mine done, the kid doing them was mad because I came in to get mine done right around lunch time. So he cheated and sprayed it without sanding.
Less then a week over 50% of it was flapping in the wind.

Took it back and showed the owner of the shop and they done it again. Well not all of it. The part that was still stuck was not redone.
Now here it is several years later and that side is disconnected from the bed. The other part is good. But the over spray onto the old stuff is peeling and looks like crap.

Be sure to take it to someone who gives a sh.t about their work.
This shop is on old 90 on the left. Brian's Tint shop

None of the bed loops or bolt was removed, just painted right over.

                Right side by the cab

Left side by the cab. In all the creases and where it looks to round is floating and not stuck to the bed.

Good news after this tho. I called them just 10 minutes ago and they are under new management. The guy told me he would help me out. The original place was lifetime warranty. And I asked if they cover the old owners work. He said yes if you have a sales receipt. Well I told him im not sure I still have that. But I can prove I was there because the little sticker they put under the tint. I told him I spent over a grand getting both vehicles tinted the same day. They were both brand new and couple kids that worked there was horse playing throwing lug nuts around. They hit the hood of my new truck and chip the paint. So he had to get his touch up guy to come and use touch up paint on it. It only had 200 miles on it at this point. Needless to say it was a all around feces show. I told him yes sir I was not pleased and is the reason I did not call or come back until today.

If the new owner fixes my bedliner I will be please with the new service. After all it has been 5 years.
