3.5 on top and 4.5 on bottom the top has a super straight back and doesnt show much belly at all. The bottom doesnt show much belly either but does show a little maturity in his face. May be wrong but just my opinion. Great call letting them walk, you will have two super trophies on your hands next year.

Slick......The name is where I live, not where I hunt. Our place is near Carrizo Springs.
I must tell you that pictures may say a thousand words, but seeing them in person gives you a lot more information. Basically I posted this to check how good I am at aging them. I basically, know "almost" for a fact the top deer is 3 1/2. The bottom buck is in my opinion, 3 1/2 but probably no more than 4 1/2. However, he gets older everytime he walks by so 5 1/2 is not out of the question....just proving it is not an exact science.
Again, I am confused on the second buck, but I know how old the first buck is from watching him the past 2 years. One thing I do know is after they get over 2 1/2...antler size can mislead you. The 12 point is 3 1/2. Shooting him now would be a major mistake.
I guess once you decide to take the step into the abyss of growing and strictly bowhunting trophy bucks you go crazy looking at deer, but it pays off when the "Buck" walks out you instantly know why you made that choice.
Bowhunt hard, bowhunt safe.
