Rental house needed in Georgetown,

I have some friends that just sold their house and our building a new house here in Gtown. Well they need a rental house while building, but there just are not that many rentals in Gtown.

So I am looking to see if anyone has anything out there in our area that they might rent. Does not have to be fancy. family of 4. Both young boys.. 11-5..
