I hope we get it! I am running out of water to fish .
I know it is awful to say, but we need a flood like we had in Marble Falls in 2007 to get the lake back to where it should be. At this rate, we'll have between 10 and 20% capacity by the fall. It will be a river.

Did y'all miss that rain yesterday evening? We had a good one coming towards us...thunder, lightning, the works. That son of a gun fell completely apart within 10 minutes right before dark and not even a drop out of it.

Sounds like the one drawing a bead on the Metroplex yesterday. I thought that even after the northern part of the storm dissipated that the southern end would reach us in Johnson county.....nuthin'. Maybe it'll happen another day this week.

It looked like we were in the bullseye in east Parker County last night but it fell apart and I don't think we got a drop.

I went back to the lease out at Throckmorton around Miller Creek Res. this weekend and some storms blew up around Breckenridge and it did rain a little at the lease but not enough to make a difference. We were on the backside of the good rain and it seems like every time something brews up out there it is close but not close enough. Our ponds are just about dry and the pastures look pretty bad. I sure wish we could get a good soaker for a few days and then some heavy rains to fill the ponds. Even our springs are barely running.

Says 80% chance for our area. Bring it! (but after the back-to-back baseball games tonight)

Also a good cell south of the Houston Metro just north of the coast just sitting there.

Looks like a good cell moving off the Galveston bay complex into Brazoria county right now.
