Need help from a machinist to turn some weights for a stabilizer.

So I want to make some little weights for my stabilizer but I don't have any access to the tools I would need to make them.

Instead of the little disks I think it would look cool if I had two little spikes or cones so it would a little less like a hammer. Their is a set screw that attaches the weights to the head. I only need two of them.

I will cover all the costs and pay you for your time. if anybody is willing to help or knows someone who can help just send me a message.
