anybody need or want some whitetail capes ?

I have about three good size ( around 140 lbs field dress ) capes in my freezer. I hate to just throw them away could anybody use them ?

no there's no cuts that I know of but they have been in the freezer for 2-3 years .

I thought they were this year's deer.
After 2-3 years there's a good chance parts of them will be freezer burnt.
