I got my moms mounted crappie after she passed away last year. I just hung it in my office and it seems a little dull. What can I use to get the shine back on it like it was when we first had it mounted for her ?

Looks like it may need repainted. A high quality clear acrylic sealer in gloss will make it shine if that's all you're looking for.
