I shoot a rifle very well with my right eye 3 shots in a quarter at 200 yards. I may y cracking my left eye a lile. I praciced blind bail onight wih a shorter and stiffer release adjusmen and it seems to help. Will do he blind bail thing for a few days and see if I improve. It would be wierd shooting like in he pic I'll give it a try and see how i feels.

    Thanks for all the input

Well I want to say thank you for all your help.

I shortened my release and made the trigger stiffer. then did the following for 4 days tue to fri

25 arrown blind bail concentrating on slow squeeze and back tention(eyes closed)
aimed held 10 seconds then let down, 3 times at 5y, 3 times at 19y, and 3 times at 20y.
      10 arrows at 10 yards
      10 more blind bail

Saturday morning I shot 10 blind bail then shot a 20 yard spots round(60 arrows)...My score was 274.

Like i stated earlier i was scoring in the 250's for two weeks of leage then started scoring in the 220's for the next two weeks.

this 274 was a real confidence booster. this week i will continue to shoot at minumum 20 arrows blind bail per day and some at 20y, also started tinkering with 30 yards shots with success(4 out of 5 arrows in a 4" diameter circle)

Thanks again for all your help.

What are some of the practice routines other TBHers use?

i know you will think this is stupid, but I sometime try to shoot a 300 round with NO Xs. meaning I try to shoot at 3, 6,9 and 12 o'clock, between the X and the Blue ring. I do this when I think my aiming is suffering, or I am jumping the shot.seems to help when I go back to shooting for X count, as I can aim more solid and let the shots happen. Glad to hear you are making it through the panic, and there are a LOT of shooters who hav given up the sport because they can't. Good Luck
