I'm a tbh aholic and I need help. I use 20-30 times a day. I'm in deep. Once I borrowed my wifes phone because mine was dead. She don't have tapatalk. I was so disgusted with myself. Have I hit rock bottom? Who knows. But I'm not giving up my addiction.

I take care of the triple S, feed dogs and horses, drive to work, check company email...
