I'm going with the suit crowd. Realize that the type of firm and the type of construction done are going to vary from firm to firm. Do your homework, which I'm sure you have. If the managers are pulling in six figure incomes, showing up in jeans and a polo probably isn't going to cut it. It never hurts to make a good first impression. You may not get a second chance.
