    Rip Cord Customer Service

    Big props to Customer Service for Rip Cord Technologies, in particular, Kelsey. I have one of their rests that was missing the arrow containment bar (the thingy that keeps the arrow from falling off the rest). I emailed today to see if I could order one and how much they cost.

    To my surprise, I received a response barely an hour later. They offered to mail me the bar and screw to attach it at no cost.

    Not that this is a great deal of cost to them, but it is so refreshing to get a prompt response with a positive solution in today's world of disappearing customer service.

    This kind of stuff goes along way with me on building brand loyalty.

      That's great! I have a Ripcord and also had a quick response from their customer service. I too would buy their products again without hesitation....

        Ditto...I had the exact same thing happen and it was in my mailbox "for free" before I knew what happened!!
