This lease would be in spring...yes as in next to Houston.. 320 acres 3-4 hunters 8 cost will be around a grand little more to a little less (depending on number of hunters) bow only. Spoke to land owner and will go check it out I know the area and it does hold deer one side is surrounded by neighborhood believe the other is much more land.

Season lease can bring kids must hunt with parents no guests other than kids no known hogs but we kill a lot of them in spring creek 15 miles down the road and this property borders spring creek money due at sign up I would be member on lease and looking for 2-3 others that live in the area and will keep an eye on it
