i went to school with that guy growing up- elementary school through high school.... and we only had around 60 people in our class

I was under the impression that he went to John Tyler HS? You guys are right about over publicity for this freak. Last night's local news had twelve minutes of coverage (the same things they've shown for the last two days) on this one issue. I know it's a big deal, I know it's sick. I just don't see a reason to shove it down our throats when there's no NEWS. It's the same thing they've shown over and over.

There have always been plenty of sickos. I think the number has grown in direct proportion to the overall growth of world population.

I agree, let the family of the one he killed give him his punishment. I'm not for eye for eye for everything but murders, rapist, and child molestors should have to let the family of their victim set their punishment.
