Two different deer or the same one?

Are these two different deer or the same one? Its hard to tell, one picture is in September and in velvet(hence the neck looks smaller) and the other is in late November and not a very clear picture. Just wanted some opinions. The guys on our place are divided in opinion on this.

it's really hard to tell from these pictures. i'm tempted to say it isn't the same deer simply because the left g-2 seems shaped different.... but i can't say its the same or different with any amount of certainty.

Yeah didn't really notice that the left g2 in the daytime picture appears to have more of a curved shape. To me the one in the daytime also appears to possibly be an older deer. But it is hard to tell from these pics. I hope it is two different bucks.

Check out this version... midtones dialed way down and contrast played with. Lookes like the left G2 also has a feeder leg going through it, hence the thicker appearance. I think it's probably the same buck. The pic is still a little small, I blew it up 300% and you can really tell whats going on in it.

You make a good point for being the same buck helibow. I'm not that good at editing, but having more contrast does help....Thanks

I am getting that these are two different deer. My points to ponder: right mainbeam shape is different. G3 on left beam is not spaced enough from G2. G1's could be broken off in second picture, but I think not.

So, you have two nice deer for next year.

My two cents: The right g-3s aren't even close to the same. I think they are two different deer.

Thanks for the opinions, I cannot be 100% sure but I am leaning towards two different deer.Well, at least I hope it is.These are from 2 different stands that are only about a quarter mile apart.
