Kevin have you looked at his Facebook page lately? On the 16th he changed his employer from safari studios to custom contract taxidermist. I wonder if he burned them too or if they were worried what the association with Butler would do to their business.

yea jason i noticed that.

there was a thread that that said he was working at safari. that is when i looked and saw all the pictures. a couple days later all the pictures on his page of him working at safari came down.

but he missed one.

I used SS for two African animals. They did good work for me, and I would recommend then to anyone.

Butler actually introduced me to Jimmy about 9 years ago. Since then, I've built a few pedestals for him and I've always been a fan of his work. Regardless of who works for Safari Studios, Jimmy is still running the show. I turned Mudslinger on to SS when he was looking for a taxidermist in his area and I wouldn't be afraid to send any of you other guys there either. Jimmy runs a tight ship, delivers high quality work and is as dependable as you will find.

Regardless of who works there, or does work for him, you are doing yourself a great disservice if you don't visit his shop, see his work, and talk to him in person.

i know SS very well. jimmy has done several deer for me and a TON for my FIL. their work is unbeatable. had a chance to hunt with jimmy a couple times out at ketchum until someone bought all the spots for their oil company...still want to know who that was...
my FIL went to africa with jimmy last summer. hes a great guy. great shop. great work. you wont be disappointed

I agree with Texastaxi 100% on Safari Studios. If Butler is doing work on the side for other taxi's, how do you know if you use one that he is not the one doing the work for the taxi. Jimmy and his Dad are a class act and I will continue to use him. His work is excellent in my opinion. Texastaxi, thanks for giving me the info on Safari Studios and Jimmy. I am extremely pleased with the work and dang proud to show it to people that come over.

here you go rod. this is the first message i got from butler.

technically, it would be libel (and it isn't either slander or libel if it's the truth)
and you actually have to have a reputation that can be damaged to prove damages
but I'm sure his high dollar attorney can help him out with that.

SS is top notch. Mike doesn't deserve to be mentioned in this thread. He makes claims all the time. SS on the other hand is a well managed buisness and puts out great work and great people behind it.
