Started earlier last night up here. Between weird dreams and lightning I didn't get any sleep last night. It started I think around 3:00am too raining and ain't quit yet

Better wear your hip waders today!

We just got hammered here in friendswood.

My kids woke up all night because of the lightning and thunder.

At 8 this morning our rain gauge had run over at 6" here at the house. Been raining hard enough for the last hour to keep my satellite knocked off the air. Radar estimates show close to 8" here. The thunder and lightening last night was wicked!

Send it NW. PLEASE! Stay safe and hope you get what you need, but no damage or flooding.

I was there yesterday in Rockport. Tried to kayak fish... with an 11 year old in his own kayak. did not work out so well. 30 MPH winds.

He did go splat on his back while chasing his hat. he hit some of that slicker than snot bay beach / water. It was funny, but he was some kind of mad.
