This is a constantly-evolving issue and the laws are being made and changed as we go along since the internet is so new. So I'm a trailblazer!

Well, I spoke to an attorney who deals with trademark law. He said it's constantly evolving...especially internet trademark issues. So I drafted a letter myself in reply to their letter and ran it by our attorney on staff at work just to make sure I wasn't getting myself into any trouble.

They didn't respond to my letter and have since gotten my page taken down from facebook. I've been talking with facebook trying to get it back up, but they are fighting it since I didn't register the trademark.

The long and short is that I have the legitimate right to the name, but not enough money to fight it in court. So it's a stalemate.
